LICENSE AGREEMENT AND TERMS OF SERVICE
The "20 Links A Day" link building service (herein "The Service") and its
related user documentation is the intellectual property of fantomaster.com
(henceforth "The Owners") and is protected by copyright laws and
international copyright treaties, as well as other intellectual property
laws and treaties.
The Service may be subscribed to by any entity (human or corporate) signing
up via the appropriate channels after having paid the subscription fee. Any
such customer (henceforth "Subscriber") is entitled to the full
functionality of the proffered Service as long as Subscriber's account is
in good order.
The Owners are permitting the commercial and non-commercial use of this
Service within the scope of the following licenses, provided that all of
the terms and conditions set forth below are complied with.

and Subscriber expressly warrants an understanding that the right to notice
is specifically waived as a condition for permission to view or interact
with the Service and the web site(s) it is offered on.
8. JURISDICTION AND VENUE
These terms and conditions shall be construed and enforced in accordance
with the laws of the Kingdom of Belgium. Any action or proceeding brought
by anyone arising out of or related to these terms and conditions shall be
brought only in a state or federal court of competent jurisdiction located
in the Province of Liege (Kingdom of Belgium), and the parties hereby
consent to the jurisdiction and venue of said courts.
9. GENERAL These terms and conditions may not be modified, amended,

Should any term of these terms and conditions be declared void or
